Returns and Exchanges

 

How do I make a return for exchange or refund?

We are sorry to hear that you need to exchange or return your purchase.  To ensure that we resolve this matter as quickly and easily as possible for you please contact us at returns@thefashionmarket.com

 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES We will gladly exchange or refund unworn non-clearance merchandise with the packing slip and original packaging within 30 days of the original packing slip. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached.  For returns made with a packing slip, your refund will be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used for your purchase.  You will need to have this card with you at the time of the return. Clearance merchandise priced as Final Sale may not be returned for refund or exchange.


RETURNS TO OUR WAREHOUSE
  • Non-clearance merchandise must be returned unworn in the original packaging and shipping container within 30 days of the original packing slip. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached.  Please note items that do not comply with this policy will be shipped back to you. 
  • We can not process exchanges at the warehouse – only returns.  If you would like a different size, color, etc., place a new order online at www.thefashionmarket.com or by phone at 630.677.0190
  • Refunds will be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used for your purchase. Once your return is received please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited.  Based on your bank processing, it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

    NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON THE FOLLOWING:

    We do not refund or exchange Gift Cards, B Cards, clearance merchandise on sale or worn merchandise unless a manufacturer’s defect is determined.  Shipping charges are not refundable.   Refunds, exchanges or a merchandise credit will not be given on handbags or accessories without a valid packing slip.

     

    NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

    It is The Fashion Market policy to not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.
