New accounts must pay by certified check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover
Reorders may be paid by company check, Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover
International 1st time orders are to be paid in full at time of placing order via wire transfer (fees paid by you)
International reorders must pay 50% at time of order & 50% at time of shipment via wire transfer (fees paid by you)
$25.00 fee assessed for any returned or cancelled check
Payments are to be made in full prior to shipment of merchandise

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise specified by the customer

Please allow up to 3-8 weeks for completed orders to be shipped from warehouse
International Shipments: The Fashion Market Inc. declares full purchase value for customs on foreign orders NO EXCEPTIONS!!! It is a Federal Crime to falsify customs documentation by providing lower declared values in order to lower a buyer's applicable customs fees and taxes. All applicable customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS
All Wholesale returns must receive a return authorization number by emailing returns@thefashionmarket.com
Returns are accepted only on manufacturer defects or shipping errors! No exceptions
Returned merchandise must be returned in excellent unused condition including all hangtags and original packaging
We do not accept returns of used items
There will be no credit or refund for shipping and handling fees
Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. All claims for damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be
received within 3 days of receipt and reported to our customer service department
The Fashion Market inc. is not responsible for any lost items
All sale items are final sale, no exchange, no exceptions
Refunds for all returned merchandise will be credited towards your next order
